Vodafone’s director of marketing Mark Rushworth has resigned and will be leaving the telco on Friday.

Rushworth joined Vodafone when it bought ihug from the Australian ISP iiNet. Rushworth had been the ihug CEO and was appointed Chief Marketing Officer.

Vodafone CEO Russell Stanners will oversee marketing at the telco until a CMO is appointed.
