Very little is known about the successor to Bethesda’s blockbuster Fallout 3, but we now know that its intended release date is in the US fall (between early September and late November our time).
This time around, however, the game will be developed by Obsidian Entertainment, which brought us the popular Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II. Equally pleasing to fans of the original Fallout titles (before Bethesda took the helm with Fallout 3) is that a number of developers on Obsidian’s team are originally from Black Isles: the development team that created and kick-started the franchise.
